A high antioxidant Aloe Vera and Seaweed base which can be used in the same way as our Aloe Vera Gel base with the added antioxidant properties of Seaweed.
Skin Hydration and Protection
The rich Gel glides on to the skin effortlessly and is absorbed to form a hydrating skin barrier.
Customise with Oils and Extracts
Aloe Vera and Seaweed Gel blends well with essential oils, actives and extracts.
Aloe Vera Gel is compatible with the addition of colourings and additives and fragrances.
Seaweed contains amino acids that help to plump and smooth fine lines
Skin Suitability
Effective for use on all skin types. The antioxidant properties make it useful on sun-burnt and damaged skin. Perfect for daily skin use and can be used on the face or body
Application Directions
Apply directly to the skin by smoothing a pea sized amount across the skins surface. The gel will naturally absorb within a few minutes.
Blending Instructions
Use neat on all areas of the skin, helps soothe ad tone the skin. You can combine the Gel with more essential oils to make your own unique blends.
The Aloe & Seaweed Gel is capable of absorbing 0 – 4% of essential oils.
You can use small amount of carrier oils, up to 0.3%.
Certain oils and Fragrances can cause the gel to become slightly cloudy when mixing. In most cases this will settle and re-clear after approximately 24 hours, experimentation will help you find which oils work best. If your gel goes cloudy, adding polysorbate 20 a few drops at a time and stirring can help clear the gel. The addition of Polysorbate 80 can help you add additional carrier oils to the gel.

Sunburn Gel: Combine with essential oils such as Lavender to create a natural remedy for sunburn and burns
Pulse Point Remedies: Combine with essential oil blends to produce pulse point remedies.
Body Wrap Clay: Combine with our selection of Clays to produce body wraps. Use anywhere between 10% and 30% Clay, depending upon the desired feel and effect of the product. The Aloe, Seaweed and Clay wrap can be applied to the skin and covered with muslin for 15 – 30 minutes allowing the gel to soothe the skin whilst the clays detoxify.
