Considered the same botanical plant as Tangerine, there is just slight differences in the scent between mandarin and tangerine. Mandarin is the most commonly used of the varieties in aromatherapy. The Mandarin is a small evergreen tree with glossy leaves and fruits which vary between yellow and orangey red.
